Where can I see today's Daily bundle?

Each daily bundle will vary. You can view our Daily Bundle on our Instagram page each morning. 

When is our order deadline?

Same day delivery is available for orders placed prior to 11:00am.

All flower orders placed after 11:00am are delivered on the next day or later. You can choose any future delivery date, Monday to Saturday - excluding Public Holidays.

All orders received with a Public Holiday delivery date will be delivered on the next day after.

When do we deliver?

All delivery to business addresses will be completed by 5pm, and residential by 7pm on the selected delivery date.

The only exception is for orders placed outside our normal operating days and hours. These will be delivered on our next working day.

We operate from Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays and Christmas period. Any other break that we might take, will be announced through our social media (Instagram and Facebook).

An email confirming your delivery completion will be sent out as soon as we have confirmation from the courier.

Is pick up available?

Unfortunately we don't have a pick up service. All products are delivered, we offer free delivery to several suburbs so please visit the Delivery Locations page to check your suburb.

Can I choose a delivery time?

Unfortunately we are not able to take specific delivery time requests. However, if you leave a note under "Special Instruction" when placing your order, we will try our best to accommodate..

All deliveries will take place between 9:00am-7:00pm Monday-Saturday. Delivery to businesses are completed by 5:00pm.

Can I request an alteration to the Daily Bundle?

We are unable to make any changes or alterations our Daily Bundle Product. Please select from one of our other bundles or simply contact us for any custom design requests. We'll do I best to ensure we fulfil every request when possible. 

What if the recipient isn't home?

If the recipient is not available or home, our courier will place the delivery in a safe spot.  

If we are unable to find the address or there is no access we will contact the sender by phone and do our best to complete the order on the day. 

In the case we are unsuccessful due to circumstances outside our control, the order will be delivered on the next delivery date. An additional delivery fee may apply.

Business Address: Please provide the name of the business and where flowers should be delivered to (Reception, Loading Dock or Concierge).

Hospital Address: Delivery to hospitals can be tricky due to covid-19. Please ensure the hospital accepts deliveries. Be sure to provide as much information as possible. eg: name of the hospital, the ward and bed number.

We will not be responsible if the hospital does not accept deliveries. Additional delivery and charges may apply. 

Delivering to Apartments

Where a concierge service is available: Flowers and bundles will be left with the concierge.

Where there is NO concierge available and recipient is not available: If accessible, flowers and bundle will be left at the front door of the apartment.

If it is NOT accessible, we will leave a message to recipient phone number (if provided - otherwise we will let sender know through text or email) and place the flowers at the front gate/entrance to the building.

What is the Delivery Cost for my Order?

We are currently offering FREE delivery to over 150 suburbs across Melbourne! The delivery fee can range between $4, $8, $12 and $16 outside these areas.

How can I make my flower bundle last longer?

When it come to flowers a little extra care goes a long way!

  • Once received trim the bottom of the stems on an angle and place into water.
  • Refresh the water every couple of days.
  • Avoid placing flowers in a warm or sunny area. Try pick a nice cool place, they will last longer.

I accidently provided the wrong delivery address?

Please get in touch with us via email as soon as possible. We will be able to update the address unless your order has already left for delivery or has been delivered. Additional charges may apply if the new delivery address is in a different delivery zone.  

Can I change or update my order?

Please get in touch with us via email as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update accommodate for changes when possible.
